Studio-A is here to provide EMS medics with news and information. Our podcast is called the P-POD. The information is organized into segments. Each podcast may contain one or more of the following segments:

Studio-A Charter:

Purpose
Studio A was formed as a vehicle in which educational material is delivered to EMS professionals by interesting and entertaining means.

Mission Statement
Deliver relevant information useful in today’s EMS environment while ensuring continuous progress in areas identified for improvement in order to impact EMS services worldwide.

Vision Statement
Use entertaining media and personal challenges to draw an audience of medics to view information that will improve the quality of their patient care.

Affiliations
The content and operational aspects of Studio A are governed by the National EMS Academy Pillar II staff at Acadian Ambulance Service. Considering that Studio A’s primary purpose is to deliver medical content to its users the utilization of Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) is vital. Whenever possible these SME’s are called upon to review or deliver content to the Studio A users ensuring that all content is accurate and current.

Before any content is placed on the Studio A webpage it must be submitted in writing and reviewed by the Editorial staff to ensure appropriateness and that no confidential information is being released.

Studio-A is created with an EMS audience as our primary focus. With this in mind, we will strive to give our audience what they request and will include the audience’s input whenever possible.
